The early episodes of this drama have intriguing and dramatic storylines, but its final ending, where two characters die and Kim Eun Oh reincarnates as the son of his own servant, this silly element really breaks the rules and the ruined, destroyed the image and roles of the characters in the film. Consequently, even though the two main characters ultimately die and reincarnate as humans, meeting and marrying each other again, this plot twist completely ruins everything in the show.

And because this sad ending, most of Korean people and K-drama fans don’t really like this drama but to me, it had a perfect ending for both main characters, sometimes, living is not sure the best but die together and meet in the other world afterlife may be better if the world oppose their love. I also sympathized the character Kang Bok Gu played by Bi Rain as i can see myself, my dark person and hatred and deep love in Bok Gu’s personality, someone who’s short-tempered but always sad inside, need more love and when he can’t have love, he will get his revenge to against entire the world to have that love.

This drama is one of my most favorite Korean dramas i’ve ever watched, despite the story is dark and sad ending. It was about Kang Bok Gu (played by Bi Rain), an MMA fighter who tried to get his revenge on famous Korean actress Cha Eun Seok (played by Shin Min Ah) for his older brother as she is his older brother’s girlfriend and thought she betrayed his older brother to get married with a rich businessman named Kim Joon Sung (played by actor Lee Ki Woo). So Bok Gu (Bi Rain) trained to be her bodyguard and seduce her then ruin her career by rumors and scandals with him. But after he approached Eun Seok (Shin Min Ah), he realized everything and accidentally and unknowingly loved Eun Seok as well. After ruined Eun Seok’s career and let her know that he’s the younger brother of her ex-boyfriend that she lost to, the tri-angle love story became more even painful. Bok Gu’s older brother decided to commit suicide to let Bok Gu and Eun Seok can be together. However, no one support but oppose their love and don’t want them to be together. The rich man Kim Joon Sung, who deeply love Eun Seok and desire to have her also found out everything and he want to get married with Eun Seok but Eun Seok rejected and tried to escape. Unfortunately, her level of fame is considered average in South Korea, not overly prominent but not obscure either. Except her drama “Coffee Prince” in 2007 as Han Yu Ju, most of her roles and dramas were not well known and not so much popular despite her excellent acting skills.
In this drama, she played a famous announcer and she’s afraid of her foster mom would forsake her after she found her real daughter that she lost when she was young so she tried all of her worst ways to harm Choi Se Young (played by actress Park Se Young). Her character is evil, aggressive, smart wicked. But i see her look so cute even if she’s evil lol. Like Chae Jung An, her acting is very good and i don’t see any overacting, fake or stiffness or exaggerated expressions, everything is natural.

Kim Eun Oh was granted the super power to see all beings like ghosts, demons, gods…etc that normal humans can’t see by the Jade Emperor (Heavenly King, played by Jung Bo Suk (adult form) and Yoo Seung Ho (young man form) as well as he learned martial arts and powers to defeat humans and demons from Jade Emperor. Kim Eun Oh helped Arang to find out her true identity and they finally discovered that her real name is Lee Seo Rim, a lady of a noble family but she was trapped by nobleman Choi Joo Wal (played by Yeon Woo Jin) and the evil demon in the form of an Old Noble Lady. And Kim Eun Oh found out that Old Noble Lady is…his mother that he lost to when he was young but somehow she was possessed by Mu Yeon, a fallen fairy who escaped from heaven and became an evil female demon who want to eat young virgin girl in the full moon of every month, so Arang (Shin Min Ah) died as she tried to escape from this female demon’s subjects. Finally, Kim Eun Oh and Arang defeated Mu Yeon, the fallen fairy and now a demon.

Shin Min Ah is also my mom’s most favorite Korean actress, especially after she watched this drama. In an episode, Shin Min Ah used a…non-used toilet cleaning tool that selling and displaying in a supermarket to brush her hair, make Cha Dae Woong (played by Lee Seung Gi)’s maternal grandfather like and said Gumiho (Shin Min Ah) look so cute. There were also many funny scenes and situations in the show, such as Gumiho (Shin Min Ah) dancing to traditional dance in front of Cha Dae Woong’s maternal grandfather and his aunt and they said “She looks so pretty, so cute”, this scene made my mom laughed so hard and that’s Shin Min Ah became my mom’s most favorite Korean actress. This drama also had a happy ending.

(Let's break up) and Tae Woong would say "헐" (Oh My God!) everyweek. This show was very popular to Korean people in 2010 and 2011 and it was one of the peak time in Hae In's acting career.

Her acting skills are very good, she can performs the crying scenes and other emotional expressions very well, no matter what role she’s playing. I don’t see any fake or stiffness or exaggerated expressions in her acting performances, while most of current Korean dramas and actors, actress on these days looks so overacting.

To be honest, i watched this drama in October 2016 but i didn’t notice her in 2018. When i was watching this drama, i really hated her and her role so much since her character keep being bossy, yelling at Kim Hyunjoong and everyone like their mom, even when Shin Jung Tae (played by Kim Hyunjoong) was injured heavily, her character even yelled, criticize him for being “combative” and keep “fighting with people for no reasons” and even slapped him. I hated her so much at the time that i almost wanted to get inside the show and teach her a lesson lol. I didn’t notice it was Hae In until in February 2018, when i see the list of her works and found out Hae In, the beautiful and sexy actress i love is that…Boring and Bossy, Obnoxious Medic Doctor lol. Never imagine i would love this “Boring and Obnoxious” Medic Doctor one day lol.
